A Madame Brussels Garden Party

As a special treat for our mum on Mother’s Day, my sister and I decided to take the family out for a celebration. Instead of buying her another present, we thought Mum would enjoy a different kind of experience for Mother’s Day. And we were right! We stumbled across Madame Brussel’s Mothers Day Garden Party Event, and thought it would be the perfect surprise for Mum.
Madame Brussel’s is a very cute rooftop terrace in Melbourne, decked out to look like an old fashioned garden party. It’s so cute, even the waiters and waitresses are dressed up in white tennis outfits. Sitting three floors above Bourke Street, Madame Brussel’s offers a lovely view of the surrounding city streets, with the tall surrounding trees offering beautiful shades of Autumn.
You can host your own Garden Party at Madame Brussel’s if you have an event coming up, but it’s main focus is an amazing cocktail bar, offering unique flavours and cocktail make-ups, and the ideal setting to have a few drinks in Melbourne’s city. Everything is beautifully themed, with adorable mismatched china at every place setting, and some of the most Instagram worthy desserts you have ever seen! It was the perfect place for our Mother’s Day celebrations!
The menu was provided by LuxBite South Yarra and was a selection of absolutely amazing savoury and sweet treats including Pink French Champagne, Herb & Spinach Roulade, Vegetarian Quiche, Chicken and Cucumber Sandwiches, Chocolate Delice, Raspberry, Rose and Lychee Verrine, Lemon Meringue Tart, Strawberry & Champagne Profiteroles and Lemon, Ginger & Pineapple and Rose & Lychee Macaroons.
