Our Best Day Ever
anyone believe how fast this year has been going?! I’m not really one to count anniversaries by the month but since my mother is still texting me on a weekly basis with a “9 weeks since that beautiful day” kinda text every Saturday, it’s easy to keep track at the moment. We just recently got back all our professional photos from the day, so I thought I would share with you the details of our big day. Don’t worry, we’ll be back to travel before you know it.
Our ceremony was held at Alowyn Gardens followed by dinner and dancing at Zonzo Estate with delicious wine and even a rainbow making an appearance before the sun went down! We stayed the night of and the night before the wedding at Wild Cattle Creek Estate, which is also where we got ready before the ceremony. Clarissa Crawford from Koca Lane Salon took care of everyones hair for the day, while make-up was done by Hellana Mansour, they both made us all look amazing. Bouquets and floral arrangements were put together by Kim from Wandin Florist and the mouth-watering cake was made by T. With Cake by Tanya – I could not recommend either of them highly enough, they both did even more amazing a job than I could have imagined. Affinity Limousines got us around the Yarra Valley all day and we have Matt from The White Tree to thank for all of our beautiful images. Music on the day was taken care of by Chas Di Pietta and we definitely could not recommend him highly enough, he absolutely took care of everything and ran with our ideas to create the perfect vibe for the night. And lastly, our videographer Emily Burchell from The Cinematic created an amazing video of our day, we have watched it so many times and it just takes us back to all the love and happiness that was shared on that day. We couldn’t have pulled it off without all the people listed above, as well as our parents and bridal party. They were all absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us, helping us pull off the day of our dreams.
